Report Center
Build, review, and export reports across patients, doctors, partner labs, operations, catalog, pricing, finance, and inventory.
One place for laboratory reports
Open the company workspace, then select Reports > Report Center to build reports across the system. Reports are kept out of branch workspaces so authorized staff have one company-level reporting destination. The center covers patient directory and activity, doctor referrals, partner lab activity, order activity, test volume, result turnaround and critical flags, the test catalog, pricing coverage, and special pricing lists.
The same Reports area also contains the full Finance Reports and Inventory Reports builders. Test report branding and result-document templates remain in Admin > Result Documents because they configure released-result documents rather than analyze operational data.
Permissions and scope
The Report Center only lists report types you are allowed to view. Patient reports follow patient permission, doctor reports follow doctor permission, and pricing reports follow their pricing permission. Moving a report into this area does not grant new access.
Reports are available only in the company workspace. Choose all permitted branches or one branch to narrow the result. Submitted filters and PDF links cannot widen your company and branch access.
Build and export a report
Choose a report type, start and end date, optional branch, status, and search phrase. Select Generate report to apply the filters. Review the summary first, then inspect the rows supporting it.
Select Download PDF to export the currently applied report. Update the report before exporting after changing a filter. The PDF includes the report name, period, summary, and current rows in the interface language.
Use Reports > Finance Reports for accounting statements, cash flow, receivables, reconciliation, and CSV exports. Use Reports > Inventory Reports for stock, expiry, valuation, purchasing, receiving, transfer, consumption, and audit reports; inventory reports can also be downloaded as PDF.
Ask Kashef AI
Kashef AI can use the same report datasets when you ask it to show, compare, summarize, or explain permitted data. Examples include “show doctor performance this month,” “compare test volume,” “list patients with activity,” or “find catalog tests missing active prices.”
AI answers remain read-only and use the current company or branch scope. If a report type is hidden from you in the Report Center, Kashef AI cannot use it for your request either.
Read reports safely
A report reflects recorded data. Confirm the period, branch, status, and source workflow before acting on a total. When a value looks wrong, investigate the related operational record instead of editing the exported PDF.
For finance and inventory formulas, use their detailed Help Center pages. For released patient-result document design, use Admin > Result Documents > Test Report Settings and Admin > Result Documents > Report Builder.
