Finance reports
Review revenue, expenses, payments, balances, receivables, and branch performance for a chosen period.
Build a report
Open Finance > Reports. Choose a report and a date range, then narrow it by branch, account, category, payment method, status, or source when needed. Run the report before printing or exporting it.
Common reports include transactions, profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet, payments, invoices, receivables, refunds, budget versus actual, reconciliations, branch performance, and tax summaries. Users with Cash Reports access can also select Cash Control, Cashier Shift Closure, Cashbox Ledger, and Employee Cash Variance from the same Report Type list.
Use Cash Control for period totals, Cashier Shift Closure for each cashier's expected and actual closing amounts, Cashbox Ledger for individual cash movements, and Employee Cash Variance to review shortages, surpluses, and pending approvals by employee. These reports use the same date, branch, cashbox account, print, PDF, and CSV controls as the other finance reports.
Read the result
Use the summary values for a quick review and the rows for investigation. Group results by day, month, branch, account, category, payment method, or status when a trend is more useful than a single total. Compare periods when you need to understand a change.
Reports use posted Finance activity and the filters shown on the page. If a number is wrong, open the source transaction, invoice, payment, account, or cashier record and correct it through its normal workflow.
Advanced Accounting reports
Detailed General Ledger and Trial Balance reports are available only to users with Advanced Accounting access. Those reports use debit and credit terminology. The regular Transactions, Payments, Receivables, and Cash Flow reports are designed for everyday finance work without requiring those terms.
