Admin menu

Find every administration page quickly: lab setup, your team, patient-facing content, and system tools.

How the Admin menu is organized

Open Admin in the Lab Panel. It always opens on Lab Settings, and the side menu groups every page into four sections: Organization, Team & Access, Patient Communication, and System. You only see the pages your role allows, so a section can look shorter for some staff.

Some tools open from a button at the top of their main page instead of having their own menu entry. While you work on one of them, its main menu entry stays highlighted so you always know where you are.

Organization

  • Lab Settings: lab name, logo, currency, sample collection rules, and the patient loyalty program. Its top navigation also opens Custom Domain and Subscription, according to your permissions.
  • Branches: add branches and manage their location, report identity, order numbering, cash drawer, and team.
  • Instruments: analyzers across the company, their supported tests, and tube types.
  • Lab Settings → Subscription: your Kashef plan, next payment, and renewal card. Select Payment History to see past payments and download paid invoices, or Manage payment methods to change the renewal card.
  • Lab Settings → Custom Domain: open your website, patient portal and lab panel from your own domain (Enterprise plan). See Connect your own domain.

Team & Access

  • Users: invite staff, assign branches, and deactivate accounts.
  • Carriers: staff who pick up and deliver samples, with their portal access, availability, and branch coverage.
  • Roles & Permissions: decide what each role can do. Select Permissions matrix to compare all roles side by side before changing them.

Patient Communication

  • Report Builder: templates that control how printed result reports look. Select Header & Footer to set the header and footer on the lab default template, which other templates can inherit.
  • WhatsApp Templates: the messages staff send to patients from an order.
  • Website: publish your public website and manage its contacts, colors, SEO, and home sections. Select Open Website Builder to edit the home page visually.
  • Blog Posts: articles shown on your public website.

System

  • Automations: workflows that run automatically when something happens, such as a critical result. Select Run History to review each run and retry failed ones.
  • Activity Log: who changed what and when.
  • Backup & Restore: create backups and restore data safely.
  • Reset Data: permanently remove selected data from all branches or only the branches you choose. Create and verify a backup first; it cannot be undone.
