Offers, testimonials and FAQs

Keep your public website fresh: publish limited-time offers, show patient testimonials, and answer common questions in English and Arabic.

Where to find these pages

Open Website and look under Content. You will find Website Offers, Testimonials, and FAQs next to the Blog. You need the website management permission to see them. Everything you create belongs to your lab only, and every item can be written in English and Arabic so visitors see the language they chose.

Drag the rows in any of these lists to change the order in which they appear on the website. Use the switch in the table to show or hide an item without opening it.

Website Offers

Use an offer to promote a package, a seasonal discount, or a home collection promotion.

  1. Select New, then fill the Content section. Title is required in both languages. Add a short badge such as "20% off" and, if you like, a button label and link. Leave the link empty to send visitors to the booking page.
  2. Add a wide image (16:9 works best). You can crop it before saving.
  3. In Pricing, enter the original price and the offer price. The discount percentage is calculated for you. The offer price cannot be higher than the original price.
  4. Optionally link the offer to one of your packages, or pick the individual tests it covers.
  5. In Schedule & visibility, set when the offer starts and ends. Leave both empty for an offer that never expires. Turn Show on website off to keep a draft.

The list shows a status for each offer: Active (visible now), Scheduled (starts later), Expired (past its end date), or Hidden (switched off). Use the status filter to find old offers and clean them up.

Testimonials

Testimonials show what patients say about your lab, with a star rating.

  • Add one manually with New: author name, optional photo and title, the quote in both languages, and a rating from 1 to 5 stars.
  • Testimonials created from patient ratings show a Patient visit rating badge. See Patient feedback, ratings and visit requests to learn how to publish a rating.
  • Use the Published switch to take a testimonial off the website without deleting it.

Only publish quotes you have the right to show. For ratings, the patient must have agreed to a public display, and your website shows only their first name and the first letter of their last name.

FAQs

Add the questions patients ask most: preparation and fasting, home collection, report delivery, payment, and working hours.

  • Write the question and the answer in both languages.
  • Add a category (for example "Preparation") to group related questions. Categories you used before are suggested as you type.
  • Turn Published on website off while a draft is being reviewed.

Checklist before you publish

  • Both English and Arabic text are complete and read naturally.
  • Prices on offers match your current price list.
  • Offer dates are correct, including the end date.
  • Testimonials are real and approved for public display.
