Website settings and themes

Set your lab's name, logo, colours and theme, choose what the tests catalog shows, turn website features on or off, and publish your website and patient app.

Where to find it

Go to Website > Website Settings. The page is split into tabs. Make your changes in any tabs, then select Save Website Settings at the bottom. Changes apply to the website and the patient app straight away.

Brand

  • Lab name and tagline in English and Arabic. If the Arabic name is empty, Arabic pages use the English name.
  • Website logo: shown at the top of every page.
  • Logo display: choose Logo and lab name to show your lab name next to the logo, or Logo only if your lab name is already written inside the logo image (for example, a wide logo with the name beside the symbol). With Logo only, the logo is shown larger and the name is not repeated.
  • App icon: a square PNG, at least 512 × 512 px. This is the icon patients see on their phone after installing your app. Keep the symbol in the middle with some empty space around it.
  • Primary and secondary colours: used for buttons, links and highlights. The text on buttons is picked automatically so it stays readable. If the page warns that a colour is light or dull, choose a deeper shade.

Theme

Pick one of the three themes. Each one changes fonts, corner shapes, cards and the style of the main banner, while keeping your colours:

  • Clean Clinical: white, crisp and calm, with the banner beside an illustration.
  • Warm & Vibrant: soft warm backgrounds, round buttons and a centred banner.
  • Premium Elegant: deep, refined look with a full-width banner.

Every theme works on phones and computers, in English and Arabic.

Custom CSS is optional and meant for designers. It is added after the theme, so it can adjust any detail. For safety, scripts, imports and links to other websites are removed when you save.

Tests catalog

Choose what patients see on the tests pages:

  • Show prices (turning it off hides every price, including offers and packages).
  • Show discounts (old price crossed out next to the new one).
  • Show packages, result time and sample type.
  • Tests shown by default: all active tests, or only the ones you mark as featured in the Website Catalog.

Features

Turn off anything your lab does not offer. Its pages and buttons disappear for patients:

  • Home visit booking
  • Offers
  • Blog
  • Complaints and feedback
  • Visit ratings

Contact & social

Phone, WhatsApp number (with country code), email and address appear in the website footer, the contact page and the patient app. Add full links to your social media pages; empty ones are hidden.

Search (SEO)

The title and description appear in Google results and when your link is shared. They are required in both languages while the website is published.

Mobile app

With Allow installing the app on, patients can add your website to their phone's home screen and open it like an app, with your icon and name, without an app store. Name under the icon can be up to 12 characters.

Publishing

Turn on Published when the website is ready. Copy the Website address to share it with patients, print it on reports or add it to WhatsApp messages. The address itself is changed from Lab Settings. To use your own domain name instead, see Connect your own domain.

Before you publish

  • Check the home page on a phone, in both languages.
  • Make sure your contact phone and WhatsApp number are correct.
  • Decide whether prices should be shown.
  • Upload an app icon so the installed app looks professional.
